Workout Packages

1-on-1 Packages — 1-hour session

Triple B instructors provide one-on-one training specifically to meet the needs of the player. Working to develop a suitable workout program that players can do alone. TRIPLE B instructors will encourage players to excel while providing direct feedback through continued drills and repetitions.

Small Group Packages (4-8 players per coach) — 1 hour per workout

Organize your own group of players to workout with one of our coaches. This package allows players to incorporate the skills in a team environment. An overall emphasis on individual fundamentals and skills relating to every aspect of the game will be highlighted. Along with the development of skills, we will focus on developing confidence through positive motivation and enjoyment.

  • Basketball IQ Improvement – 1 hour per session!

Our individualized and small group options focus primarily on individual skill development while building the players basketball IQ within a team structure. Each academy session will consist of team drills and film break down followed by a competitive scrimmages. This is a great option for a player to have an opportunity to get practice and repetitions in a competitive environment. Triple B instructors will act as a teacher, coach, and a referee during the sessions.
